Terms & Conditions

By signing up to Deals VIPs, creating a profile, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not sign up or use the Service. Your consent is recorded at the point of sign-up and forms the legal basis for the messages you receive.

Deals VIPs is a free subscription service that delivers personalized promotional deals and offers to members via WhatsApp. You tell us the categories of deals you are interested in, how often you wish to hear from us, and your location. We then match you with relevant promotions from participating local merchants and brand partners and deliver them to your WhatsApp number.

The Service is provided free of charge to members. We earn revenue from the merchants and partners whose deals we deliver, not from you.

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up — including your name, WhatsApp number, and preferences — and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your WhatsApp number in connection with the Service.

By accepting these Terms and checking the consent box at sign-up, you expressly permit Deals VIPs to send you deal alerts and personalized promotional WhatsApp messages. This permission includes:

• Messages sent by Deals VIPs on behalf of participating third-party vendors and merchants;
• Personalized deal recommendations matched to the categories, location, and frequency preferences you provided;
• Special-occasion messages (such as birthday or anniversary offers) where you have shared those dates with us.

Your consent is given voluntarily and may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge, by replying STOP to any message we send. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

The deals delivered through the Service are provided by participating third-party vendors, local merchants, and brand partners (together, "Participating Vendors"). When you accept these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participating Vendors may send, or may cause Deals VIPs to send on their behalf, promotional messages to your WhatsApp number that match your stated preferences;
• Deals VIPs acts as an intermediary that matches you to Participating Vendors based on the categories and preferences you select;
• You may receive messages whose content is created by Participating Vendors, not by Deals VIPs;
• Your personal data is shared with Participating Vendors only to the extent necessary to deliver the deals you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to Participating Vendors. You retain the right to object to receiving messages from any Participating Vendor at any time by replying STOP.

Deals are promotional offers supplied by Participating Vendors. Deals VIPs does not warrant that any deal will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Availability, pricing, terms, and validity of any deal are determined solely by the Participating Vendor offering it.

Deals VIPs does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service offered by a Participating Vendor. Any transaction you enter into with a Participating Vendor is between you and that vendor.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during sign-up;
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit deals received through the Service without permission.

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Deals VIPs. You will be removed from all deal alerts immediately.

To request deletion of your account and personal data, contact us at hello@dealsvips.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

The Deals VIPs name, logo, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Deals VIPs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branding without prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deals VIPs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any deal received through it, including any transaction with a Participating Vendor.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages. WhatsApp is operated by a third party (Meta), and we are not responsible for any failure of that platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside. Without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have, any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will, where possible, be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be brought before the competent courts of your jurisdiction.

If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Depending on where you are located, this may include:

• Ghana — the Data Protection Commission, Ghana;
• United Kingdom — the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO);
• EU / EEA — your national Data Protection Authority (for example, the Irish Data Protection Commission).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, notify you via WhatsApp. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
